Professional experience

In 2011, she graduated with honours in Law at the University of Catania, with a thesis in intellectual property law. She then obtained a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law (MDPI) at the JLS School and, in 2014, passed the bar exam at the Court of Appeal of Milan. For years, she worked with leading international law firms specialising in intellectual property law, assisting multinational companies operating in the pharmaceutical, fashion and luxury, food, media and entertainment sectors. She then held the position of Intellectual Property Senior Manager in the legal department of a leading Italian pharmaceutical company. Since 2025, she has been with Bugnion, in the Legal team, where she assists Italian and international clients in the management and protection of intangible assets, providing legal advice and support in the structuring of agreements relating to trademarks, patents, copyright, design, trade secrets and unfair competition, dealing with the protection, exploitation and enhancement of intellectual property rights.
