Pursuant to Article 13 of Law No. 132 of 23 September 2025, BUGNION S.p.A. informs the Client that, in the performance of the professional activity and/or engagement, IT tools and artificial intelligence systems may be used exclusively for operational, instrumental and technical-organisational support purposes. Such tools do not in any way replace the intellectual professional activity of the Professional, which remains prevailing and decisive for the purposes of the services rendered, nor do they affect the autonomy of the technical-professional judgment. BUGNION S.p.A. guarantees that any use of artificial intelligence systems will always take place under the control and meaningful human supervision of the Professional, who retains full responsibility with regard to the content of the activities carried out and of the documents produced. Any use of artificial intelligence systems will take place in compliance with Article 13 of Law No. 132 of 23 September 2025, Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (Artificial Intelligence Act), the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data, and the provisions applicable to the professional services.
