From Idea to Results Valorization
01 – Strategic planning and feasibility analysis The project concept is defined by assessing its strategic alignment, technical and economic feasibility, and competitive landscape. The project’s consistency with the partners’ strategies and the funding context is also assessed.
State-of-the-art analysis
Patent mapping focused on a specific technology field, technical topic or solution to a technical problem.
IP landscaping
Patent mapping to assess the competitive landscape (technology trends, key players and areas of innovation).
02 – Partnership development and governance The most suitable partners are identified and selected, and their roles, responsibilities and contributions are defined. The governance model and coordination of activities are established.
Legal and contractual assistance

TRIZ
Application of systematic innovation methodologies to support research and development activities, with the aim of generating potentially protectable solutions.
06 – Generation of results Research activities generate scientific, technological or applied results consistent with the project objectives. The results are identified, analysed and assessed in terms of their eligibility for IP protection.
IP protection potential assessment
Assessment of the potential for protection using appropriate IP rights (patents, trademarks, designs, trade secrets and copyright).
