We are happy – and proud – to announce an important achievement: Bugnion has been certified for Gender Equality.

Let’s be clear: we know that it doesn’t represent a goal, but rather a stage. A stage within a journey that is first and foremost cultural, made up of daily choices that start from listening, respect and collaboration.

True equality goes far beyond office-life. But it often starts right there: from the way we build an environment every day where talent has no gender, and where culture – the authentic kind – is built together, with the contribution of everyone.
