Professional experience

PhD in Physics at the University of Milan (1989).
R&D process development engineer for CMOS VLSI technologies (1990-2003).
Senior Patent Counsel with major semiconductor manufacturing companies managing patent portfolios (2003-2019).
Patent attorney in another Professional Firm (2019-2021).
Manages clients’ portfolios and and prosecutes international applications in the microelectronic field (2021-).
Has been professor under contract teaching the course “Physics of Electronic Devices” (University of Milan, 1997-2014).
Represented Italy in the epi-Council (2017-2019) and was elected member of its Disciplinary Committee.
