Professional experience

She graduated in Physics from the University of Milan, with a focus on biophysics and medical physics. She holds a PhD in Nanotechnology from the University of Trieste, in collaboration with Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, with a thesis entitled “Force and Temperature Measurements on DNA-Based Nanostructures.”
After completing her PhD, she worked at a leading German law firm specializing in intellectual property, where she managed Italian, European, and international patents. She has experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications, handling oppositions before the EPO, preparing opinions on patentability and freedom to operate, and conducting prior art searches.
She has been working at Bugnion since April 2026.
