– checks on advertising campaigns and claims and assistance in the choice of trademarks and slogans, also in the light of consumer protection laws;
– assistance in proceedings before the jury of the Italian advertising standards authority;
– assistance in proceedings before the Italian Competition and Market Authority;
– drafting of advertising, sponsorship and merchandising agreements;
– drafting of agreements regulating relations between media agencies and clients (creativity and advertising planning);
– drafting of agreements for the purchase of advertising space (TV, radio, press, Internet).
