Professional experience

He is a lawyer since 2011, currently working at Bugnion in the legal department.
Former research fellow at the University of Florence (research topic: Blockchain regulation and Fintech) and Ph.D. at the University of Perugia (PhD in “Protection of Subjective Rights and Freedom of Competition”). He graduated from the University of Perugia in 2008 with a thesis on “Universities Patents’ Licences”.
He then completed an Executive Master at the Il Sole 24 Ore Business School. He studied corporate contracts (in particular M&A) and arbitration.
He developed his professional experience in prestigious international law firms and Italian boutique law firms. He worked for one year in the United States of America (Washington DC – metro area) with a multinational company, leader in the field of high-tech patent management.
He published numerous scientific articles on Intellectual Property (trade marks, patents) and Copyright in the main national and European scientific journals.
He has lectured extensively on Intellectual Property and Commercial Law topics at the University of Florence, the University of Perugia and Luiss Guido Carli in Rome.
