Professional experience

She graduated in Law with a specialization in Notarial Law from Leiden University in the Netherlands. She subsequently passed the Dutch notarial examination after gaining professional experience in the corporate law department of a leading international law firm in Amsterdam.

In 2004, she moved to Milan, where she worked at an international law firm specializing in intellectual property and obtained a Master’s degree in the same field. She also gained professional experience in Shanghai and Singapore, working as a legal consultant and in international education, further developing her communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.

She joined Bugnion in January 2019 as an Intellectual Property Consultant, advising Italian and international clients on trademarks, designs and domain names. She is also a member of the Internet Department, which she heads at the Bologna office, focusing on the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights online.
