Laureato in Giurisprudenza con il massimo dei voti, dopo la pratica forense, si è specializzato in Diritto ed Economia dell’Unione Europea. Dopo una breve esperienza presso Legimark di Roma e nell’ufficio di Alicante di un noto studio inglese è all’Ufficio di Milano di Bugnion dal 2005. Assiste primari clienti Italiani ed internazionali nella creazione, gestione e difesa di portafogli marchi e design e del relativo enforcement specialmente in campo doganale.
E’ partner e dal 2018 Membro del Consiglio di Amministrazione della società.  E’ stato nominato tra i Leaders 2018 da WIPR. E’ nella lista WTR 1000 tra “reccomended person” per l’Italia ed è stato nominato tra gli IP STAR da Managing IP.
